How does it all work?
So you own a brand and have a website. You might even be shipping products yourselves now or using another company to do the shipping for you. You’re now thinking Startup Logistics could be the company for you and you want to know how it all works. We like to keep things MEGA simple, as we’ve said we already own a food brand so we know just how busy you are. These would be the steps we follow:
We link our systems with your e-commerce shop. Fairly straightforward, we have some IT brains here who can do this kind of stuff in their sleep.
We get to understand about how you and your brand like things done. Again, fairly simple but this makes sure we keep the same high standards you are expecting.
You organise for all the stock you want us to carry to be shipped to one of our two warehouses, where we then book it in and load it onto our systems allowing you to then see exactly what we have.
As soon as we have the stock we can start taking orders. We can either pack your orders in your own boxes or we use our existing unbranded boxes. Your products will be sent with the appropriate couriers, such as DPD, Fed-Ex, Yodel or Royal Mail.
We agree stock holding levels with you and when these are breached we email you or your suppliers with requests for additional stock holdings.
We send you an invoice each month with the charges.
We like to keep things very simple. You’ve got enough on your plate and that’s why you can trust us to get the job done, day after day after day.
